APPLICATION DEADLINES & FEES

Application Fee: $75 non-refundable fee per applicant

Please note: While we have early decision deadlines, applications received after these dates are welcomed and considered based on available space. Please contact admissions@stisidore.org to learn if the grade level is accepting applications.

STEPS TO APPLY

Step 1: Explore SIS Through an Event

We invite you to schedule a time to speak with our admissions team on the phone, tour the school, and attend the Informational Meeting in the fall and Open House in January.

Step 2: Complete an Online Application and Submit Required Documents

Submit an online application. Please ensure to submit the applicant's birth certificate, baptismal certificate (if applicable), and immunization record. Grades 1 - 8 must also submit last year’s report card and the most recent grades/testing.

Step 3: Complete Teacher Evaluation Form & Parent Questionnaire

Please send one of the following online forms to your child's current teacher. By providing this online form to your child's current teacher, you are giving your child's teacher permission to provide information to St. Isidore School.

Step 4: Placement Test/Parent Interview

The admissions team will contact you to schedule a date and time for your child's readiness assessment and interview. 

TK/K Assessment Dates: January 2026

1-8 Assessment Date: February 2026

Step 5: Welcome to St. Isidore School

The admission decision letters are mailed out on the following dates:

Kindergarten Prep & Kindergarten: February 2026

Grades 1 - 8: March 2026
