Middle School Science focuses on integrating the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS), along with the California Science Framework. A combination of FOSS, Beetles, EEI, AIMS, and the Monterey Bay Aquarium curriculum is used to deliver exceptional lessons and units. Middle school science is project based, hands-on, and fully collaborative . Students work independently and in group dynamics in order to better practice their communication and collaboration skills.

Grade 6 units cover Weather and Water, Diversity of Life, and Human Interactions.

Grade 7 covers Chemical Interactions, Earth History, and Populations and Ecosystems.

Grade 8 covers Waves, Planetary Science, and Heredity and Adaptation.
